Pelion S.A. Management Board's Position on Tender Offer
On March 29th 2017, the Management Board of Pelion S.A. presented its position on a tender offer for Pelion S.A shares. The offer was announced on March 13th 2017 by Korporacja Inwestycyjna Polskiej Farmacji Sp. z o.o. (KIPF). In compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as with the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies, Jacek Szwajcowski, President of the Management Board of Pelion S.A., and Zbigniew Molenda, Vice President of the Management Board of Pelion S.A, being the sole shareholders of KIPF, have refrained from taking a position on the matter.
