Recruitment is carried out on a year-round basis, depending on current requirements. Stages of the recruitment process depend on the position applied for.
We carry out internal recruitment, to provide our existing workforce with development opportunities, and external recruitment to infuse the Company with knowledge, experience and competences of new talent.
The recruitment process is divided into several stages:
1. Pre-selection
Pre-selection of curriculum vitaes in line with the requirements included in the job advertisement, performed by employees of the HR Unit.
2. Meetings of chosen candidates
Meetings of chosen candidates with representatives of the HR Unit in order to select the best ones. Depending on the department, candidates are invited to complete a test (Personal Profile Analysis; professional aptitude test), to resolve a problem presented in a case study or to come to an Assessment Centre.
3. Meetings with the prospective superior
Meetings with the prospective superior - the Head or Manager of the Unit/Department in which the recruitment takes place - final selection of the best candidate. Each candidate invited to an interview is provided with feedback on its outcome and possible further stages of the process.
