As a responsible business, Pelion S.A. complies with all applicable laws, regulations and recommendations issued by market regulators relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. To improve transparency for all stakeholders, particularly its employees, in 2013 Pelion S.A. formulated and implemented a Code of Ethics, founded on its key corporate values of Leadership, Responsibility and Trust. The Code of Ethics is to support Pelion S.A. employees in finding the right approach to dealing with certain situations they may encounter in everyday work. It also sets standards of ethical conduct focused around integrity and transparency of all activities.
