DOZ S.A. recognised as Best Workplace 2017
DOZ S.A., a Pelion company operating DOZ Apteki Dbam o Zdrowie pharmacies, received a Best Workplace 2017 award in the large category. The awarding ceremony took place in Warsaw on March 28th 2017.
The Great Place to Work ranking is based on a thorough survey of employees concerning their employers and working conditions in their companies. Their answers reveal companies which can successfully develop meaningful relationships with their staff and build mutual trust.
The competition held by Great Place to Work Institute is a global one, with a history of over 30 years. Workplace quality is surveyed worldwide, using identical methods. DOZ S.A. was recognized in the large category, which comprises companies with more than 500 employees.
The Best Workplace Poland 2017 is awarded to Poland-based companies which can successfully build and develop meaningful relationships with their employees. In accordance with the Great Place to Work model, mutual trust within the company remains the cornerstone of the Best Workplace awardees’ success, regardless of where they are based.
