Members of the Management Board of Pelion S.A. re-appointed for another term
On March 28th 2017, the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. decided to re-appoint the following persons, their terms having expired, to the Management Board for another term: Jacek Szwajcowski to serve as President of the Management Board and Zbigniew Molenda, Ignacy Przystalski and Mariola Belina-Prażmowska to serve as Vice Presidents of the Management Board. Jacek Dauenhauer, whose term began on March 22nd 2016, continues to serve as Vice President of the Management Board. Therefore, the composition of the Management Board of Pelion S.A. has not changed.
