Preliminary agreement for the sale of Natura Sp. z o.o.
On November 6, 2024, Pelion S.A. entered into a preliminary agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares in Natura Sp. z o.o. to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA. The transaction is pending approval by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
Natura Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company, established in 1997, managing one of the largest drugstore chains in Poland operating under the Natura drugstore brand, as well as an online drugstore www.drogerienatura.pl. Natura has been part of the Pelion group since 2014.

For Mutares, this transaction will mean strengthening the retail segment. The finalisation of the deal is subject to the approval of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The parties hope to complete the transaction in Q4 2024.
