President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has approved the acquisition by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA of Natura Sp. z o.o. from Pelion S.A.
Natura Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company, established in 1997, managing one of the largest drugstore chains in Poland operating under the Natura drugstore brand, as well as an online drugstore www.drogerienatura.pl. Natura had been part of the Pelion group since 2014.
