Natura named Customer Service Quality Star 2019
The Natura beauty store chain has once again been awarded the Customer Service Quality Star title in the 12th edition of the Polish Customer Service Quality Programme.
The winner was selected based on a survey of consumers voting for firms they believe exemplify excellent customer service and best cater to customer needs and expectations.
Receiving a distinction in Poland’s largest customer service survey is for Pelion’s Natura beauty store chain an incentive to further improve its service quality with customer satisfaction in mind.
