“My Accordion”, the fourth concert organised by the DOZ Dbam o Zdrowie Foundation, marks the beginning of the summer season of music meetings for the elderly
On June 27th 2018, in the Sukcesja Shopping Centre in Łódź, the DOZ Dbam o Zdrowie Foundation held the fourth music meeting for people aged 60+. This time senior citizens were entertained by accordion player Krzysztof Raczyński, who performed well -known and popular melodies.
The concert featured songs from different musical genres. There were classical melodies, jazz standards, film music and Argentine tangos. Each of the several dozen listeners in the audience found something for themselves.
Krzysztof Raczyński’s recital was another opportunity for the elderly to get together, this time listening to the exceptional accordion music.
Admission to the event was free.
The DOZ Dbam o Zdrowie Foundation’s next concert for seniors will take place on July 27th 2018, at 5pm, at the Sukcesja Shopping Centre (level -1) at Al. Politechniki 1 in Łódź. On that day, the Insourmountable Duo, composed of Damian Wyrzykowski (guitar) and Jakub Niewczas (accordion), will play ‘Musical Surprises’.
