Trainee and internship placements

Information on trainee opportunities offered by the Group
The following trainee opportunities are available at the Łódź-based companies of the Pelion Group:
sales and marketing at ePRUF S.A., which organises and manages private drug reimbursement systems,
finance, accounting and bookkeeping at BUSINESS SUPPORT SOLUTION S.A., which provides accounting and tax consultancy services.
Professional trainee and graduate internship placements
University students and graduates (who, in accordance with the applicable law, are not yet 30 years old) may take part in customised trainee programmes during an academic year.
If you are interested in undertaking a month long traineeship required by your university at one of our companies, send your application – indicating the Department/Unit where you'd like to take up new challenges.
We accept applications all year round. Selected applicants are invited to a meeting with employees of the HR Unit. Then, the best candidates attend an interview with their prospective mentor, i.e. the Manager or Head of a given unit.
The programme of unpaid trainee placements is established on an individual basis with every student, in accordance with the requirements of the student's university.
Placements begin during a year depending on our business needs - below you'll find information on the openings available this year: BUSINESS SUPPORT SOLUTION S.A., a member of the Pelion Group which provides accounting and tax consultancy services,
is seeking:
students for unpaid traineeships at the following units:
1. Reporting Unit – a trainee will be required to help in the preparation of tax returns related to the payment of dividend by Pelion S.A. and the Group companies (July).
2. Settlements Unit – a trainee will have the opportunity to learn how to settle payments and verify cash receipts (July – September).
3. Retail Accounting – a trainee will be required to learn how to post purchase documents and enter cash reports in the records (July – August).
4. Finance Unit – a trainee will have the opportunity to learn about factoring for suppliers and preparation of bank documents (July - September).

you are a senior student of economics, specialising in management and marketing, accounting, finance or econometrics,
you are interested in any of the above fields,
you are conversant with the MS Office package,
you like teamwork,
you are well-organised, meticulous and methodical
... then you are welcome to take part in a month long trainee placement at our Company.
We offer you an opportunity to see how a given unit operates, gain invaluable professional experience, work in a team of specialists and agree on the placement schedule and timing individually with your mentor.
For all students accepted as trainees to any of the above units, we have prepared a training course covering the most important issues from the area of finance and accounting.

Project internships

  • "Career Programme" - the Polish Business Roundtable

 
University students and graduates are welcome to participate in the "Career Programme", a competition organised jointly with the Polish Business Roundtable. The competition starts in spring (April), so please follow the information posted on our website and at www.prb.pl.
 
In order to enter the competition, read the cases posted on the website of the Polish Business Roundtable, select one of them and fill out the registration form. Each participant chooses a company and unit where they would like to undertake a paid internship. As in the previous years, the best applicants will be invited for interviews, following which winners will be announced. The winners may individually set the dates of their internships at any time in summer.
 

  • "Be a Trainee in Łódź" - "Youth in Łódź"

 
Students and graduates of higher education institutions are welcome to participate in a competition held under the "Youth in Łódź” - "Be a Trainee in Łódź” programme.
 
The competition starts in spring, so please follow the information posted on our website and at www.mlodziwlodzi.pl.
 
Having chosen an interesting trainee opening posted on www.mlodziwlodzi.pl, you may send your application to the address indicated by the organiser. The selection of applicants is a two-stage process. During the first one, employees of the Municipal Office in Łódź review the applications to check if they meet the employers' requirements. In the second stage, as an employer, we arrange individual interviews with candidates.
 
The summer programme offers one- or two-month long paid trainee placements.
